QIGONG

Qigong is best known for its form of moving meditation, moving slowly in sink with our breath, each exercise is repeated a few times to open the flow of energy in the body. Each qigong movement has a specific function to promote health and wellbeing removing any blockages or stagnation within. These blockages can arise in many forms like pain, tiredness, anxiety, depression, insomnia, loneliness and more.

Along with postures and moving meditation qigong also includes breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent.

This event is designed to fit those with no previous knowledge of Oriental medicine (TCM) medicine and qigong but also those with some experience of TCM or qigong.
